Service Coordinator

Role & Responsibilities:

Coordinate with service engineers and customers for service schedules

Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution

Maintain service records, job cards, and reports

Follow up on pending service requests

Support spare parts coordination and inventory updates

Ensure high customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements:

Good communication skills (English + Local language)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email)

Ability to handle multiple tasks

Customer-oriented approach

Diploma / Degree (any field, preferably technical)

⭐ Preferred:

Experience in automobile / diesel engines / service industry

Knowledge of CRM systems
