Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and lead generation: Identifying potential customers through various methods and qualifying leads to find new sales opportunities.
  • Customer engagement: Engaging with potential and existing customers via phone, email, or other digital channels to build relationships and address their questions.
  • Product knowledge and demonstrations: Staying updated on product features and benefits to explain and demonstrate them clearly to customers.
  • Sales and closing: Working towards sales targets by presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  • Customer relationship management: Maintaining a database of customer interactions and providing follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Reporting: Tracking sales activities, pipeline, and performance, and potentially creating reports or presentations on sales data.

  • Communication: The ability to clearly and persuasively communicate information, listen actively, and build rapport with customers.
  • Negotiation: Skills to effectively discuss and agree upon terms, pricing, and contracts.
  • Product knowledge: A deep understanding of the products or services being sold, including their features, benefits, and how they compare to competitors.
