Spa Manager

The Spa Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring excellent customer service, supervising staff, and achieving sales targets. The manager also maintains a relaxing and professional environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the spa.

Supervise and train spa staff (therapists, receptionists, and attendants).

Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction.

Handle appointments, schedules, and bookings.

Monitor spa cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.

Manage inventory of spa products and supplies.

Promote spa services and packages to increase revenue.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

Prepare reports, sales records, and staff performance evaluations.

Ensure staff follow company policies and procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience in spa, salon, or hospitality management.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness services.

Ability to manage staff and handle customers professionally.

Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and inventory management.

Education

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management / Spa Management / Business Administration (preferred).
