Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Kids Tailor who specializes in stitching, altering, and finishing garments for children. The ideal candidate should have experience working with kids’ clothing, understand comfort and fit for different age groups, and deliver high-quality workmanship within deadlines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesStitch kids’ garments such as frocks, dresses, shirts, pants, ethnic wear, uniforms, and party wear
• Take accurate measurements for infants, toddlers, and children
• Perform alterations and adjustments as required
• Cut fabric based on patterns, measurements, and designs
• Ensure proper fitting, comfort, and safety for kids’ clothing
• Handle delicate fabrics and embellishments carefully
• Maintain neat finishing, seams, and stitching quality
• Meet delivery timelines as per orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tailoring workspace
• Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Kids Tailor or Garment Tailor
• Knowledge of kids’ measurements, fittings, and age-wise sizing
• Ability to operate sewing machines and basic tailoring tools
• Attention to detail and quality finishing
• Understanding of fabric types suitable for children
• Ability to follow designs, samples, or customer instructions
• Patience and care while handling kidswear orders
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in boutique or kidswear brand
• Knowledge of embroidery or decorative stitching (optional)
• Ability to handle bulk orders (school uniforms, events, etc.)
