Position : Team Lead

Roles & Responcibilities:

·      Lead, supervise, and guide field surveyors.

·      Assign daily survey targets and locations.

·      Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of team members.

·      Provide training on survey methods, mobile apps, and data collection tools.

·      Plan survey schedules based on GHMC requirements.

·      Ensure surveys are conducted as per guidelines and timelines.

·      Resolve field-level issues during survey activities.

·      Ensure accurate and complete data collection (household, property, sanitation, etc.).

·      Verify survey entries for correctness and consistency.

·      Conduct random checks and field validations.

·      Maintain proper documentation and records.

·      Submit daily/weekly progress reports to GHMC supervisors.

·      Maintain communication between field teams and management.
