Technical / Database Trainer

Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Technical Trainer (Database Administration) who is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning. The trainer will deliver engaging, hands-on sessions to help learners build both theoretical and practical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver quality training on Database modules (online/on-site).
• Conduct interactive sessions and mentor learners individually or in small groups.
• Address student technical queries and support academic teams.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and apply feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated on emerging Database technologies and integrate them into courses.
• Balance theory with real-world applications for job readiness.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma (technical background preferred).
• Experience in technical training, teaching, or IT support preferred.
• Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
• Strong presentation, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for learning and sharing knowledge.

• Weekly Off: Friday
• Languages Required: Fluency in English & Hindi
• Joining: Submission of final-year original mark sheet
• Work Schedule: Weekly off on Friday
• Employment Agreement: 2-year bond
• Joining Requirement: Submission of final-year original marks sheet at the time of joining
