Job Title: Part-Time Telecaller

Location: New cotton market, Hubli

Job Type: Part-Time

Timings

7:30 PM to 12:00 AM (4.5hrs)

Cab facility available

Salary

₹5,000 – ₹6,000 (Basic Salary) + Attractive Incentives

Role & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries.
• Share project details, property features, and investment benefits.
• Schedule and confirm site visits with potential buyers.
• Maintain and update records in CRM tools like VEW and Leadrat.
• Ensure proper lead management and timely follow-up until closure.
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover.

Requirements

• Any experience in real estate telecalling preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms – VEW & Leadrat preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (Hindi/English).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in evening/night shifts.
