Telecalling Executive

🔹 About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team in Hubli region. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
• Follow up on leads generated from WhatsApp, social media, and other platforms
• Explain company products clearly and professionally
• Convert prospects into interested clients or schedule meetings
• Maintain proper data records in Excel/CRM
• Coordinate with the sales team for closures
• Build long-term customer relationships

🔹 Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Kannada & Hindi (English is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Confident, polite, and target-oriented personality
• Ability to handle objections professionally
• Strong follow-up skills

🔹 Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Freshers can apply (Training will be provided)
• Local candidates from Hubli-Dharwad preferred
