The role involves conducting academic research, analysing scholarly literature, and assisting in the preparation of structured academic documents across disciplines such as Business, Management, Marketing, Healthcare, and Social Sciences.

• Key Responsibilities1. Academic ResearchConduct in-depth research using credible academic databases such as Google Scholar, JSTOR, Scopus, and ResearchGate
• Identify relevant peer-reviewed journal articles, books, and reports
• Extract key insights and organise research findings effectively
• 2. Literature Review PreparationAnalyse and summarise scholarly articles
• Identify key theories, frameworks, and research gaps
• Assist in structuring literature review sections for academic projects
• 3. Academic Writing SupportAssist in drafting academic documents including:

• Research proposals
• Case study analyses
• Reports and research summaries
• Maintain clear academic structure and formal writing style
• 4. Referencing and CitationsApply proper academic referencing styles such as:

• 5. Research Data SupportAssist in preparing survey questionnaires
