Job Description: Administrative Executive

Location: Gobra, Dankuni 

Duty Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM 

Gender Preference: Male 

Age Preference: Middle-aged candidates (40-50 years) preferred

Salary: Up to ₹35,000/-

🎓 Qualification & Experience

*Minimum Graduate in any discipline

*Proven experience in administrative or operational roles (minimum 3 years preferred)

💻 Skills Required

*Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

*Strong organizational and reporting skills

*Ability to manage and supervise housekeeping and facility operations

📋 Key Responsibilities

*Monitor daily work activities across departments

*Collect and compile employee attendance reports

*Supervise housekeeping and ensure cleanliness standards are maintained

*Coordinate with vendors and support staff for operational needs

*Prepare daily/weekly reports for management review

*Ensure smooth functioning of office operations
