Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and versatile All-Rounder Cook who can prepare a variety of dishes across multiple cuisines such as Indian, Chinese, Continental, and Fast Food. The ideal candidate should be skilled in handling all kitchen operations — from food preparation and cooking to maintaining hygiene and managing inventory.

  • Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Ensure all food items are prepared on time and served with consistent taste and quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times (as per FSSAI norms).
  • Assist in planning daily menus and managing raw materials efficiently to control food cost.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the kitchen manager or purchase department.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients to maintain freshness.
  • Train and assist junior staff or kitchen helpers when required.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Requirements:Proven experience as a Cook / All-Rounder Cook (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
  • Ability to prepare multiple cuisines (Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, Fast Food, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Education:Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent.
  • Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Salary:₹[Insert Range] per month (based on experience and skills)
