Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused.

Counter Sales Executive to join our prestigious multinational jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have a passion for jewellery, strong interpersonal skills, and a flair for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the showroom with a warm and professional attitude.
• Understand customer needs and showcase relevant jewellery pieces accordingly.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the product range, including gold, diamond, and other precious collections.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Maintain cleanliness and display aesthetics of the showroom counter.
• Handle customer queries, returns, and exchanges with patience and professionalism.
• Manage billing and coordinate with the back-office team for inventory and stock updates.
• Ensure a smooth and delightful shopping experience for every customer.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or jewellery sales preferred (freshers may also apply).
• Good communication skills in English and local language.
• Presentable, confident, and energetic personality.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with billing software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
• High level of honesty, integrity, and attention to detail.
