Customer Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to connect with customers and convert leads into successful business opportunities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Explain products/services clearly and confidently
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

🔹 Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi/English (regional language is a plus)

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, etc.)
• Prior experience in telecalling/sales is preferred (freshers can also apply)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
