Job Description:

Estate Brothers is looking for a dedicated and confident Customer Support Executive to handle client calls, follow-ups, and inquiries related to real estate projects. The candidate should be good at communication and maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and explain property details to clients.

Follow up with leads from online platforms and marketing campaigns.

Schedule and coordinate client site visits.

Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.

Support the sales team in achieving targets.

Requirements:

✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/Bengali preferred).

✅ Experience in tele-calling or customer support preferred (real estate experience is a plus).

✅ Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.

✅ Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
