Factory Store Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Store Manager to oversee stock maintenance, place material requisitions, and support store operations with strong inventory control and Excel skills. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience, excellent organizational ability, and a proactive approach to managing bakery supplies and store records.

Key Responsibilities

·        Maintain accurate stock levels of all bakery ingredients, packaging materials, and supplies

·        Monitor inventory usage and conduct regular stock counts

·        Prepare and place requisitions for raw materials and supplies in a timely manner

·        Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for stock delivery and quality checks

·        Update and maintain inventory records using Microsoft Excel

·        Track stock movement, identify shortages, and suggest reorder levels

·        Assist in store documentation, billing, and reporting related to stock

·        Support store and production teams to ensure uninterrupted operations

·        Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store/warehouse area

Skills & Qualifications

·        1–2 years of experience in inventory, store management, or related role (bakery/food industry experience preferred)

·        Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, basic reporting)

·        Excellent organizational and record‑keeping skills

·        Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment

·        Good communication and teamwork skills

·        Attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving attitude
