Job Description
- Design and implement HR strategies aligned with hotel, resort, and bakery business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment and manpower planning for hotels, kitchens, bakeries, outlets, and corporate functions.
- Standardize HR policies, SOPs, and service culture practices across all properties and bakery units.
- Manage performance appraisal systems linked to service quality, productivity, and operational KPIs.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and service excellence initiatives across hospitality and bakery teams.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary processes across shifts and locations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, food industry regulations, factory acts, and statutory requirements.
- Oversee payroll coordination, wage structures, incentives, and benefits for operational and managerial staff.
- Lead training programs in customer service, hygiene, food safety, leadership, and operational skills.
- Partner with hotel GMs, bakery heads, and senior leadership as a strategic HR advisor.
