Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance policies (life, health, vehicle, etc.) to individuals and businesses, helping clients choose suitable plans based on their needs.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and contact potential customers to promote insurance products.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate insurance plans.
• Explain policy terms, coverage details, premium costs, and benefits clearly.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and follow up on leads provided by the company.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Keep up to date with insurance products and market trends.
• Assist clients with policy renewals, claims, and documentation.
• Attend training and team meetings regularly.
• Requirements:12th pass or graduate in any stream.
• Experience in insurance or financial sales preferred (Freshers may apply).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
