The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition. The role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Key Responsibilities:Marketing & PromotionDevelop and implement marketing campaigns (online and offline).
• Plan and execute promotions, events, and product launches.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure branding consistency.
• Digital MarketingManage social media pages, run campaigns, and track performance.
• Create and optimize content for social media, websites, and email marketing.
• Monitor digital analytics and prepare performance reports.
• Market ResearchConduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving marketing strategies.
• Lead Generation & Customer EngagementGenerate leads through marketing activities and follow up with the sales team.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and enhance brand loyalty.
• Brand ManagementEnsure all marketing materials follow brand guidelines.
• Coordinate the creation of brochures, promotional materials, and advertisements.
• Reporting & CoordinationTrack campaign performance and provide weekly/monthly marketing reports.
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for marketing activities.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing (freshers can be considered for junior roles).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, social media platforms).
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop preferred).
