Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Graduate Educational Counsellor with prior experience in student counselling. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi, Bengali, and English, and capable of guiding students and parents regarding academic programs, career options, and admission processes.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents about courses, career paths, and academic planning
• Handle admission inquiries (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online leads)
• Maintain student records and follow-up database
• Assist in achieving admission targets
• Coordinate with academic and marketing teams
• Conduct seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions when required
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline (Education/Psychology preferred)
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in educational counselling or academic advisory roles
• Fluency in Hindi, Bengali, and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
• Preferred SkillsAbility to build trust with students and parents
