Quality Control Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control

& Production Manager to monitor production quality, ensure food safety standards, and support bakery operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates in relevant fields or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in production or quality control.

Key Responsibilities

·        Monitor and support production processes to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency

·        Conduct quality control checks on raw materials, intermediate, and finished products

·        Ensure all bakery items meet RENYC’s quality, taste, and presentation standards

·        Assist in production planning, inventory tracking, and waste control

·        Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards in the production area

·        Record and report production data, quality observations, and process improvements

·        Collaborate with bakery staff to resolve production or quality issues promptly

·        Assist in implementing new production techniques and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Skills & Qualifications

·        Educational Background: Fresh Pass‑Out or 1 year experience in: Food Technology / Food Science / Microbiology /Dairy Technology Or any related field

·        Basic understanding of production and quality control in food or bakery industry

·        Keen attention to detail and willingness to learn

·        Good communication and teamwork skills

·        Knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols preferred
