Role Description

Ma Sarada Hospital Private Limited is seeking a professional and well-organized Receptionist cum Sales Coordinator to join their team.

 

The role involves managing front desk duties, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls with professionalism. Responsibilities also include providing clerical support, coordinating sales activities, maintaining records, and ensuring seamless communication between departments. Exceptional customer service is key, as you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Front Office Management:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
  • Maintain a neat, organized, and presentable reception area.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing courier services and correspondence.

Sales Coordination:

§ Ensuring that sales activities are carried out ethically and in accordance with legal requirements

§ Creating and/or vetting advertising strategies

§ Ensuring strict compliance with budget

§ Developing and implementing ideas that will help the organization to meet sales’ goals

§ Ensuring sales department meets set goals

§ Ensuring sales Executives are fully equipped with sales-support materials

§ Assisting in the organization and preparation of promotional materials and/or events.

§ Maintain and update customer databases, sales reports, and related records

  • Process purchase orders and related documentation efficiently.

§ Liaise with internal departments (Accounts, Logistics, Operations) to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery

Administrative Support:

  • Manage office supplies, monitor stock levels, and maintain inventory records.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports.
  • Assist management with general administrative and operational support tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar role (in Hospital sector).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude.

 

Local candidate are preferred.


Salary : Rs. 15000/- to 20000/-

Salary will be finalized based on Experience
