Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the food industry to lead and drive sales performance across both franchise and company-owned outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing revenue, managing outlet performance, handling customer objections, and ensuring consistent brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Monitor and drive sales performance across franchise outlets and company-owned stores
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and footfall across locations
- Build strong relationships with franchise partners and support them in achieving sales goals
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to optimize performance
- Train outlet teams on upselling, cross-selling, and objection handling techniques
- Handle customer complaints and objections professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Ensure proper execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for seamless execution of business plans
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure standards and sales targets are met
- Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in sales management within the food/bakery/QSR industry
- Proven experience in managing multiple outlets (franchise + company-owned)
- Strong skills in sales growth, team training, and objection handling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Willingness to travel across outlet locations
