Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the food industry to lead and drive sales performance across both franchise and company-owned outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing revenue, managing outlet performance, handling customer objections, and ensuring consistent brand growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
  • Monitor and drive sales performance across franchise outlets and company-owned stores
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and footfall across locations
  • Build strong relationships with franchise partners and support them in achieving sales goals
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to optimize performance
  • Train outlet teams on upselling, cross-selling, and objection handling techniques
  • Handle customer complaints and objections professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Ensure proper execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for seamless execution of business plans
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure standards and sales targets are met
  • Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in sales management within the food/bakery/QSR industry
  • Proven experience in managing multiple outlets (franchise + company-owned)
  • Strong skills in sales growth, team training, and objection handling
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
  • Willingness to travel across outlet locations
