Job Responsibilities:
Distributor & Super Stockist Development
- Identify and appoint new Distributors & Super Stockists in assigned territories.
- Build and expand a strong distributor chain for maximum market coverage.
- Onboard channel partners with complete product, pricing, margin, and policy briefing.
- Ensure completion of KYC, agreements, and initial stock placement.
- Manage territory allocation and avoid channel conflicts.
- Support Distributors in retailer appointment, beat planning, and route mapping.
- Drive primary and secondary sales growth through channel partners.
- Monitor performance of Distributors & Super Stockists regularly.
- Activate and improve low-performing channel partners.
- Ensure stock availability, replenishment, and inventory control.
- Coordinate for schemes, dispatches, and payments.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong ability to develop and manage Distributor & Super Stockist networks
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in channel sales / FMCG / distribution-based sales preferred
- Strong market knowledge and field sales exposure
- Target-driven with the ability to work independently
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting, MS Excel, and mobile apps
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Strong follow-up skills for orders and payments
