Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Executive for a 100% travelling-based role to promote and sell CNC Router Machines. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting customers, demonstrating machines, and closing sales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys field work, customer interaction, and target-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Ø Travel extensively to different locations for field marketing and direct sales activities.

Ø Identify potential customers such as furniture manufacturers, signage makers, interior decorators, and fabrication units.

Ø Generate new leads through market visits, references, exhibitions, and local promotions.

Ø Present, demonstrate, and explain CNC Router Machines to customers.

Ø Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable machine models.

Ø Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals.

Ø Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Ø Maintain customer database and follow up regularly.

Ø Coordinate with service and technical teams for machine installation and after-sales support.

Ø Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and market feedback.

Ø Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Ø Minimum 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate (any stream) with minimum 1 year experience in field sales or marketing.

Ø Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Ø Confidence in customer meetings and presentations.

Ø Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field.

Ø Basic knowledge of machines or industrial products will be an advantage.

Ø Ability to work independently and handle sales targets.

Ø Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, email, Excel).

Experience Requirement & Preferred Skills

Ø Minimum 1–3 years of experience in industrial sales, machinery sales, or field marketing.

Ø Knowledge of CNC Router Machines, woodworking machines, or automation equipment.

Ø Local market knowledge and customer network.

Ø Digital marketing knowledge is get extra advantage.

Working Conditions

Ø Flexible working hours based on customer availability.

Salary & Benefits

Ø Salary: Rs. 15,000/- to 18000/- per month, for 1st 6th months of provision period, after compilation of provision it depend on your performance.

Ø Incentives: Attractive performance-based sales incentives (no upper limit).

Ø Travel Allowance: Travel and accommodation expenses provided by company during official tours.

Ø Mobile Allowance: Mobile bill provided by company.

Ø Shared lodging, lunch, and dinner will be provided by the company at a nominal charge of Rs.10 per item per day
