Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets, expand market presence, and strengthen brand positioning. This role involves strategic planning, team management, business development, and execution of marketing initiatives to drive growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:Sales ManagementDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and expand client base.
  • Track sales metrics and prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Conduct regular meetings, training, and reviews with the sales team.
  • Handle escalations and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing ManagementDevelop marketing plans aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Oversee branding, advertising, promotional campaigns, and product positioning.
  • Manage digital marketing activities (social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns).
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate events, exhibitions, and product launches.
  • Ensure marketing content and communication meet brand guidelines.
  • Strategic PlanningAnalyze market opportunities and propose strategies for business growth.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term sales & marketing strategies.
  • Monitor the ROI of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Team & Cross-functional CoordinationWork closely with product, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for marketing activities.
  • Ensure effective communication between sales and marketing teams.
  • Budget & Performance ManagementPrepare and manage the sales and marketing budget.
  • Optimize cost efficiency for campaigns and sales operations.
  • Track KPIs and ensure achievement of sales and marketing targets.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in sales and marketing roles (managerial experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing sales & marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
