Showroom Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, showcasing products, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience that drives sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge and demonstrations.
• Maintain the visual presentation of the showroom to high standards.
• Assist in arranging product displays, promotional materials, and stock rotation.
• Follow up with customers on inquiries, quotations, and after-sales service.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, trends, and competitor offerings.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail or showroom sales (1–3 years preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Good presentation and grooming.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and POS operations is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
