Store Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Outlet Supervisor from bakery background to oversee and manage company-owned RENYC Cakes & Puff outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain service standards, drive sales targets, and motivate the outlet team to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

·        Supervise daily operations of the outlet to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction

·        Monitor staff performance, delegate tasks, and provide on-site coaching

·        Ensure adherence to company standards for product quality, presentation, and hygiene

·        Build and maintain strong customer relationships, handling feedback and resolving issues

·        Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and upselling techniques

·        Maintain inventory, stock levels, and assist with supply orders

·        Implement and enforce opening / closing procedures and shift schedules

·        Coordinate with management for promotions, events, and operational plans

·        Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operational guidelines

Skills & Qualifications

·        2–3 years of experience in retail/food service outlet supervision or similar role

·        Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills

·        Sales-driven with a customer-oriented mind set

·        Knowledge of inventory management and basic financial reporting

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

·        Problem-solving attitude and strong organizational skills
