Job Summary
- Job Title: Customer Support Executive / Voice Associate / Telecaller (Telecom Process)

Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Call Handling: Respond to customer queries regarding telecom services, such as billing issues, plan upgrades, SIM activation, and network issues.
- Outbound Calling: Reach out to existing or potential customers to sell products/services, such as new data plans, top-up loans, or to retain customers (retention/collections).
- Technical Support: Assist customers with basic technical issues related to broadband, routers, internet connectivity, or mobile devices.
- Documentation: Accurately update customer information and record conversation details in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Problem Resolution: Provide quick and accurate solutions to customer complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores. Indeed +6
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream).
- Communication: Excellent English proficiency (Verbal and Written) for International processes, or strong regional language proficiency for Domestic processes.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and ability to navigate through multiple screens.
