Telecaller Outbound

Job Role: We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Outbound Tele callers to handle outbound calls to customers generate leads for loan products. The role involves understanding customer's requirements, explaining loan offerings, and converting inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Outbound calls to the customers
• Explain Loan products such as Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan options
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up for closures
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and build trust

Eligibility & Skills:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
• Good Communication skills in Hindi, English & Bengali
• Sales oriented mindset with convincing abilities
• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Freshers are welcome (Training will be provided)

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed Salary: INR 10000 - INR 30000 per month (Depending on experience)
