AC Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to diagnose issues accurately. The AC Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure our clients' AC systems operate efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Install new air conditioning systems according to company standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Perform regular maintenance on AC units, including cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and replacing worn-out parts.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in AC systems, such as leaks, broken thermostats, and faulty compressors.
• Conduct tests on AC systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
• Respond to service calls from clients and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Educate clients on proper AC system maintenance and operation.
• Comply with all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
• Proven experience as an AC Technician, with at least [X] years in the field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with various AC systems and brands.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
