Job Title: Cambridge Early Years (EY) In-Charge

About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cambridge Early Years (EY) In-Charge to lead and manage the Early Years programme in alignment with the Cambridge curriculum framework. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality teaching standards, curriculum implementation, and holistic development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the Cambridge Early Years curriculum.
• Supervise and mentor EY teachers to ensure effective classroom practices and continuous professional development.
• Design engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records of development and assessments.
• Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
• Coordinate with parents through meetings, orientations, and regular updates on student progress.
• Plan and organize school events, activities, and celebrations related to Early Years.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, Cambridge standards, and child safety norms.
• Collaborate with other academic coordinators and leadership for overall school development.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field.

• Certification or experience in Cambridge Early Years programme is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development and early learning pedagogies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a team and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Proficiency in planning, assessment, and documentation.
• Passionate about nurturing young learners and driving academic excellence.
