Designation: Academic Counselor

Experience: 1+ years (relevant experience only)

Package: 35k to 60k + incentives (negotiable for the right talent)

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents through the college admission process, with a focus on MBBS/medical programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive counselling to students and parents regarding MBBS/medical college admissions.
• Guide applicants through the admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and documentation.
• Maintain strong follow-up with potential leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Handle queries effectively and convert walk-ins into successful admissions.
• Maintain accurate student records and manage data using basic computer tools.
• Meet admission targets within set deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience in student/parent counselling, especially in college admissions.
• Experience in MBBS/medical admission counselling is preferred.
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer basics (MS Office, email handling, CRM tools, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills in Telugu and English; fluency in Hindi or other regional languages is an added advantage.

Walk-in Date: Monday to Sunday

Walk-in Time : 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM
