Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, ethical, and experienced Admission Counsellor – Higher Education Abroad to guide students through their international education journey. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of multiple study destinations and demonstrate a strong commitment to integrity, professionalism, and student success.

This role is critical in counselling students, supporting university admissions, and upholding Visa Depot’s high ethical standards across all countries we represent.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents on overseas education opportunities, including multiple countries, universities, programs, eligibility criteria, and career pathways

Provide accurate, honest, and personalized guidance aligned with students’ academic profiles, financial capacity, and long-term goals

Manage end-to-end admission processes, including applications, documentation, follow-ups, and offer management

Maintain strong professional relationships with students, partner universities, and internal departments

Ensure strict adherence to ethical counselling practices, transparency, and organizational policies

Maintain accurate student records, documentation, and application tracking

Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events as required

Stay updated with international education trends, visa regulations, and university requirements across countries

Eligibility & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Management, or related fields preferred)

Mandatory experience of 1–2 years in overseas education counselling

Comprehensive knowledge of counselling for all major study destinations (such as UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.)

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Strong student-centric approach with high ethical standards

Ability to manage multiple student applications and deadlines efficiently

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office; CRM tools preferred)
