Account Executive (Accounting)

We seek a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Accountants Executive. Individuals applying must be dedicated and ambitious to understand the nature of the organization and contribute towards its growth • Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions. • Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables and purchase orders. • Manage payroll activities and release salaries. • Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinate with the bank online and in person as needed • Contact clients and vendors as necessary to ensure accurate and on-time payments • Utilize spreadsheets and database tools to assist in financial record keeping • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports. Qualifications for Assistant Accountant • A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field may be preferred • Proficient in using Tally ERP Software • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) • Strongly detail-oriented with a heavy focus on maintaining accuracy and integrity of accounts • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have good knowledge in GST/TDS filing.
