Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The candidate should have strong knowledge of bookkeeping, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities

Record and monitor day-to-day financial transactions

Prepare Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Statements

Handle invoicing, billing, and vendor reconciliation

Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Maintain proper financial documentation and records

Handle GST & TDS filing and ensure tax compliance

Process monthly payroll and prepare salary statements

Generate MIS reports and other financial reports as required

Support internal and external audits

Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and data security of financial information

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance

Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role

Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

Experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, etc.)

Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles

Proficiency in MS Excel

Good analytical and organizational skills

Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy

Preferred Skills

Experience in handling audits

Knowledge of payroll processing

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
