Accountant

Job Title: Accountant (3–5 Years Experience)

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Accountant with 3–5 years of professional accounting experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, performing accurate reconciliations, and supporting monthly and annual reporting processes. This role requires strong technical accounting skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, general ledger entries, and supporting schedules
• Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and balance sheet accounts
• Assist in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
• Prepare tax filings, payroll reports, and statutory submissions
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights for management
• Improve accounting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Xero)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Preferred Qualifications (Optional)CPA, CMA, or other accounting certifications
• Experience in your industry (e.g., manufacturing, retail, construction, nonprofit)

Work Details:

· Salary Package: 30,000 to 50,000

· Shift Timing: Day Shift

· Working Days: 6 days a week.

· Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad (Near Prakash Nagar Metro Station).
