Accountant/ Accounts Executive

1. Financial Record Keeping

Maintain daily financial transactions of the company.

• Record sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.
• Keep proper ledger entries and accounting books.

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable

Manage payments to suppliers (Accounts Payable).

• Track payments received from customers (Accounts Receivable).
• Follow up on pending invoices and outstanding payments.

3. Tax Management

Prepare and file GST returns.

• Handle TDS calculations and returns.
• Ensure compliance with government tax regulations.

4. Financial Reporting

Prepare profit and loss statements.

• Maintain balance sheets and financial reports.
• Provide financial reports to management for decision-making.

5. Bank Reconciliation

Compare bank statements with company records.

• Identify and correct discrepancies in transactions.

6. Payroll Management

Process employee salaries and wages.

• Maintain records of deductions, bonuses, and reimbursements.

7. Auditing Support

Assist during internal or external audits.

• Provide necessary financial documents and records.

Required Skills

Strong numerical and analytical skills

• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Excel)
• Attention to detail
• Good organizational and time management skills
