• Position: Senior Accountant
• Location: Head Office, Kukatpally, Hyderabad (In-office, full-time)
• Experience: 5+ years in accounting/finance (CA Inter/M.Com preferred)
• Compensation: 100% Commission + Incentives (No fixed salary; uncapped potential up to ₹80K/month based on work orders closed)
• Reporting to: Finance Head / Business Director
• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end accounting for client work orders: invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and collections to ensure 100% recovery.
• Handle GST, TDS filings, and compliance for high-volume transactions (monthly targets drive bonuses).
• Prepare client-wise P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports using Tally Prime/Excel for work order settlements.
• Track incentives/commissions across team deals; audit billing accuracy to maximize earnings.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and vendors for timely closures; resolve discrepancies within 48 hours.
• Support business development by providing financial insights on profitable work orders (e.g., recruitment projects).
• Essential Skills & Qualifications Proven expertise in Tally ERP, advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), GST/TDS portals.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, statutory audits, and work-order billing.
• Excellent numerical accuracy, deadline-driven mindset, and negotiation skills for collections.
• Fluency in English & Telugu; prior experience in recruitment/consulting firms a plus.
