Accounts and Finance Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Manager to handle the complete financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end accounts, financial reporting, compliance, and coordination with auditors and the company secretary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end company accounts and financial records

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping

• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports & budgeting

• File and manage GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-2, GSTR-3B)

• Handle TDS and TCS filings and compliance

• Ensure proper documentation for financial transactions

• Coordinate with Auditors and Company Secretary for compliance and audits

• Maintain statutory compliance and financial accuracy

Eligibility Criteria:

• CA preferred

• M.Com / MBA (Finance) with minimum 70% aggregate

• B.Com (Accounts & Finance) can also apply

• 1–2 years of experience in Accounts & Finance

• Strong knowledge of GST filings, TDS, and TCS

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (Tally preferred)

• Strong analytical and organizational skills
