Accounts Manager

Manage end-to-end accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and finalization of accounts

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Handle GST compliance, including returns, reconciliations, and audits

Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and timely filings

Oversee accounts payable and receivable

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants

Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense control

Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance as per company and government norms

Maintain accurate financial records and MIS reports for management review

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com / CA Inter preferred

Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in Water Treatment / EPC / Manufacturing companies

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance

Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, MS Excel)

Good analytical, communication, and team management skills
