The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the real estate sector or a related industry.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate administration, accounting, or finance
• Experience in real estate, facility management, or property-related services preferred
• Knowledge of accounting and financial processes
• Familiarity with banking, insurance, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
