Job Description
Position: Admin Associate &
Reporting To: Founder’s Office / Head of Strategy / Operations Head
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Client Relationship
Handle all client communications (calls, messages, emails) daily
Track sales progress and follow up on leads proactively
Coordinate with team to meet targets and generate new leads
Update daily sales status and ensure proper record-keeping of payments received/pending
2. Daily Admin & Documentation
Maintain attendance logs of interns & juniors reporting , checklists, and internal team performance sheets
Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on time without fail
Ensure accurate documentation for all sales, purchases, payments, and dispatches
4. People Management
Supervise work with support staff with clarity and empathy
Ensure accountability and smooth onboarding for new team members
Coordinate across departments for seamless day-to-day operations
5. Order & Dispatch Handling
Oversee ONLINE & OFFLINE orders
Liaise with logistics partners for timely pickups and deliveries
Ensure dispatch accuracy, delivery tracking and client update
6. Reporting & Analysis
Share error-free reports daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly
Track and report:
• Order fulfillment
• Client management
• Feedback management
. Digital & Social media marketing management
• Logistics performance and cost efficiency
Soft Expectations & Working Culture
High attention to detail and accuracy in all responsibilities
Professional and polite communication across all touchpoints
Strong sense of ownership, dependability, and proactivity
Must thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities
Sales generation, lead follow-ups, payment status updates, and report submission are non-negotiable
Failure to submit accurate daily/weekly/monthly reports on time will lead to a deduction of half a day’s pay per missed instance
The role requires adaptability, multi-tasking, and collaboration across departments to ensure smooth operations and business growth
