Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

·        Provide academic counselling to prospective students and guide them through course selection based on their interests, strengths, and career goals.

·        Explain program details, admission procedures, fee structure, and college policies to students and parents.

·        Handle walk-ins, phone enquiries, and online leads to convert prospects into admissions.

·        Conduct counselling sessions, presentations, and follow-up activities to enhance student engagement.

·        Maintain accurate records of student interactions, enquiries, and admissions using college CRM or tracking tools.

·        Assist during admission drives, seminars, college events, and orientation programs.

·        Build strong relationships with students to ensure a positive academic experience.

·        Coordinate with faculty, administration, and management to support student requirements.
