Job Summary: Sloka International School is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide prospective parents and students through the admission process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the school, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive admission experience.

• Key Responsibilities: Handle all admission-related inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, and online leads).
• Provide detailed information about the school’s curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures.
• Counsel parents and students regarding course offerings and academic programs.
• Follow up with prospective leads and maintain a strong conversion ratio.
• Coordinate and schedule campus visits and school tours.
• Maintain and update admission records and databases.
• Support marketing and promotional activities such as events, campaigns, and outreach programs.
• Work closely with the academic and administrative teams for seamless admission processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in Education, Business Administration, or related field).

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or customer handling (school experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
