Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate Admission Counsellor cum Telesales Executive to guide students and parents in choosing the right courses at Sri Saraswathi Junior College. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a customer-focused approach to drive admissions.

Key Responsibilities:✔ Student Counselling: Engage with prospective students and parents to provide detailed information about courses, admission procedures, and career pathways.

Telesales & Follow-ups: Call and follow up with potential leads from various sources (website inquiries, social media, digital marketing campaigns, references, etc.).

Lead Conversion: Persuade and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions through effective sales techniques.

Database Management: Maintain and update student records, inquiries, and follow-up details in CRM software.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly admission targets.

Coordination: Collaborate with the admission team and marketing department to optimize outreach efforts.

Online Presentations/Webinars: Conduct virtual counseling sessions and participate in online admission events.

Key Requirements:✅ Experience: 1-3 years in telesales, admissions, or a related field (EdTech, Education, Insurance, or Banking preferred).

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication (Hindi, English, Telugu preferred).
  • Sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert leads into admissions.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
