Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated Admissions Counsellor to guide Intermediate ( 2nd year) students and their parents through college admissions and scholarship/entrance tests. The role focuses on counselling, eligibility guidance, parent interaction, and admission coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel Intermediate students on college options, admission processes, and eligibility criteria
• 
  
• Guide students regarding scholarship tests and entrance examinations
• 
  
• Explain college fee structures, scholarships, and financial benefits to parents
• 
  
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and WhatsApp enquiries
• 
  
• Maintain accurate student data in CRM / Excel / Google Sheets
• 
  
• Follow up with prospective students and parents until admission closure
• 
  
• Coordinate with colleges/universities for seat availability and admission updates
• 
  
• Assist students in application forms, documentation, and verification
• 
  
• Achieve monthly admission and scholarship test registration targets
• Provide regular reports on enquiries, conversions, and admissions
• 
  
• Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong Telugu communication (mandatory) and English (working proficiency)
• 
  
• Student counselling and parent-handling skills
• 
  
• Clear explanation and convincing ability (consultative approach)
• 
  
• Good follow-up and time-management skills
• 
  
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and WhatsApp communication
• 
  
• Ability to work with targets in a structured environment

• Eligibility CriteriaAny Graduate / Postgraduate

• 0–3 years experience in education consultancy, college admissions, counselling, or sales
• 
  
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
