Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in the Hyderabad region. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to drive team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee sales activities within the assigned area
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Ensure timely reporting and achievement of monthly/quarterly targets

Requirements:

• 10th pass and experience in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 0–6 monthsof experience in sales (preferably in Edtech)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area
