Job Description
Job Title: Assistant Collection Manager
Job Location: Begumpet
Experience: 2–4 Years (Collection / Recovery background preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Collection Manager in daily collection operations
- Monitor telecallers and field executives performance
- Ensure achievement of daily and monthly collection targets
- Handle escalated customer cases and resolve disputes professionally
- Maintain MIS reports and collection data accuracy
- Ensure team follows company policies and compliance norms
- Support training and motivation of collection staff
Requirements:
- Experience in banking / NBFC / collection agency
- Good communication and team-handling skills
- Knowledge of collection processes and basic MIS
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
