Job Summary:

The Finance Executive – Sales Department is responsible for coordinating all finance-related activities linked to vehicle sales. This role ensures smooth processing of retail and corporate finance cases, compliance with financier requirements, and timely disbursement of sanctioned amounts. The executive acts as a key liaison between customers, sales consultants, and financial institutions to support sales closure and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end processing of vehicle finance cases, including document collection, verification, and submission to banks and NBFCs.
• Coordinate with sales consultants to understand customer finance requirements and propose suitable loan options.
• Maintain strong working relationships with financiers to ensure quick approvals, competitive interest rates, and timely disbursements.
• Track loan sanctions, disbursements, rejections, and pending cases; ensure follow-ups for closures.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, RBI guidelines, and internal company policies.
• Assist customers in explaining loan terms, EMI structures, interest rates, insurance bundling, and foreclosure clauses.
• Monitor finance penetration, conversion ratios, and contribute to achieving monthly finance targets.
• Resolve discrepancies related to loan documentation, disbursement delays, or customer queries.
• Maintain accurate finance MIS, reports, and case trackers on a daily basis.
• Support audit requirements by maintaining proper records and documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of vehicle finance processes and lending products.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic MIS reporting.
• Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 3-15 years of experience in vehicle finance, preferably in automobile sales.
• Experience working with banks, NBFCs, and digital finance platforms is preferred.
