Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our administrative and operational teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling back-end processes, maintaining records, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Data entry, record keeping, and file management
  • Processing and verifying documents and records
  • Managing internal databases and ensuring data accuracy
  • Coordinating with the front office, HR, and other departments as required
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and summaries as needed
